Emmanuel's Promise Scholarship is an annual scholarship to be awarded to a male sibling of a disabled minority or disadvantaged young adult female between the age of 19-25. The candidate must be a recent high school graduate and first time freshman in a postsecondary institution of higher learning. This award is intended to honor the promise made to Camille by her brother Emmanuel to always play an important role in her life while being a champion for her and the disabled community we serve.
