Who should apply?

Male siblings of a disabled young minority or underserved female between the age of 18-32 should apply if you are a first time, incoming freshman student matriculating at a 2- or 4- year college or university within the United States. Applicants must have a 2.75/4.0 GPA (or equivalent) to qualify. An official sealed transcript sent from the learning institution must be included. Home schoolers must send inquiry regarding submission of transcripts. In addition to the application, a 250-word statement explaining why you deserve this award must be submitted at the time of application submission.
