ABOUT US
Camille's Community of Friends was born from a parent's desire to provide more targeted initiatives for her own disabled young adult daughter. Our organization provides a safe and fun way to continue building life skills and positive affirmations every day.
We provide physically and intellectually disabled minority and disadvantaged adults over the age of 18 with a space to grow in their knowledge of self and the world around them.
At Camille's Community of Friends, we focus on activities which include: life skills such as grooming, physical fitness, safety, meal preparation, self-awareness, self-confidence, and more all in a loving and caring environment!

Our services include a free monthly subscription box centered on self-esteem, pampering, educational enrichment, and activities to hone daily living skills. As a part of this initiative, each month we provide various items to engage, encourage, and support our club members.
At our Saturday Sisters sessions, our friends are exposed to various career and trade learning sessions led by STEAM professionals who introduce and teach basic skills to help empower and encourage our sisters to reach and exceed their potential.

At our annual retreat, we provide a weekend of activities ranging from fun activities like dancing and games to more life skills sessions to make a meaningful impact on our special needs community of friends.
